Frequently asked questions
Which cloud package is right for me?
Mostly it comes down to how many people use the server. Spark includes 2 users, Nova 3, SuperNova 10, and HyperNova 20, and each can take more. If none of them fit, build a custom configuration and our team will price it for you.
What does every package include?
Every package includes 30 days of nightly image backups, SSO (single sign-on), and antivirus and intrusion detection.
Can I add more users?
Yes. Each package includes a set number of users, and extra users are billed per user per month, from $80 on Spark down to $50 on HyperNova.
Can I add memory or storage later?
Yes. Extra memory, fast storage (NovaNitro), and bulk storage are added to your subscription in blocks, from $75, $75, and $25 a month respectively.
What support is included?
Every package includes 24/7 general support coverage except Spark, where support is limited strictly to server access issues. See terms.
