Frequently asked questions

Is NovaTrack free?

The Starter plan is free, with no contract required. Pro is $49/month and Business is $199/month. The plan cards list what each includes.

Do I need to be a Managed IT client to use NovaTrack?

No. NovaTrack is sold on its own, starting with the free Starter plan. NovaFlow is the app that is only available to Managed IT clients.

Is NovaTrack included with Managed IT?

Yes. NovaTrack Pro is included with the MSP Core Plan, and every asset we manage is added to it automatically. Business is available as an upgrade to your plan.

What does NovaFlow cost?

NovaFlow turns employee onboarding and offboarding into tracked requests. It is included with an MSP Core Plan and is not sold on its own. It is coming soon: ask us and we will tell you when it launches.
