TSPrint Client (Windows)

  1. On the local computer, please visit the following link to download the Client version of TSPrint. [TSPrint Client Download]

  2. Once the installer is downloaded, run the installer to install TSPrint Client to your local computer.

NOTE: If you do not have administrator rights to your computer, you will not be able to install TSPrint without the administrator credentials.

Once the TSPrint Client is installed on the local system, remote onto the server environment to print documents using TSPrint. You will notice 3 new printer options will be accessible on the server after TSPrint is installed locally: TSPrint Default, TSPrint PDF, and TSPrint Printer.

TSPrint Default: Redirects the print job to the default printer selected on the local machine.

NOTE: If "Let Windows manage my default printer" is enabled on the local Printers & Scanners settings, it can be hard to know which printer this will choose.

TSPrint PDF: Prints the document into a PDF file and asks the user whether they would like to save the PDF file on the server or on the local computer.

After a device location is selected, a File Explorer window will appear so the user can choose where to save the PDF file.

The "Send as Email" option opens the default mail application and puts the PDF into an email.

TSPrint Printer: Opens a printer selection/properties window on the local computer allowing the user to select from all installed printers on the local computer. Useful when the user has multiple printers they regularly print to.

Use these options to print from the server environment.

Please reach out to support@servernova.net if there are any issues with using TSPrint on the server environment.
